Membership is based on a calendar year -
January - December.
Dues are $20 for individual and $25 for a
family. Send your form and payment made out to OETRA to: PO Box
30144, Midwest City, OK 73140. Membership includes a monthly
newsletter, membership in the Yahoo Group, Facebook Group page, a membership directory
and involvement in a great club! Money from dues goes directly
back to trail projects across the state.

Here's what
your board has come up with to encourage our members to start
"pounding the pavement" or maybe we should say "pounding the
trails?"
1.
Members
- when you recruit a new member, YOUR name is added to the drawing
for these prizes. When your name is drawn, you get to CHOOSE your
prize! Remember your name needs to be written on the new member’s
membership form so we can give you credit for recruiting that
person. The more people you recruit, the more times your name will
be in the drawing and the better chance you have to win a prize!
(Limited to one prize per person)

New Members – New members who join in 2012, each person gets their name into
the "new members" drawing and one prize will be awarded to a NEW
MEMBER!

AND THE GRAND PRIZE -
The
member who recruits the MOST new members will get to CHOOSE
a prize first, before the other drawings begin ...

Your Board
of Directors is trying very hard to come up with some creative
incentives to encourage the membership to get your friends to join
OETRA. Please help us grow our membership. Even if they never have
a chance to participate in any of our activities, joining
OETRA gives them an opportunity to become a member of the most
active equestrian group that supports equestrian trails and parks
throughout the state. Their membership dues will help continue our
efforts.
The drawing
will be held at the Mary Ben ride in April. You do not have to be
present to win.
(If you wish to be able to choose your prize, you will
need to be present. Otherwise, a prize will be selected randomly
for you.)
