If you’ve ever been to one of our famous potluck dinners, you know OETRA (“aka” Over Eaters Trail Riders Association) has some of the best cooks in Oklahoma.  We’ve decided that it is time to share all those delicious recipes!  OETRA will be compiling a collection of your favorite culinary delights. We are looking for recipes for these categories:
